Return/Refund Policy


All sales made through is subject to Genteel Reflections, LLC's return policy. You have 90 days from the time you receive your purchase to return or exchange any merchandise when accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.  All returning merchandise must be in the original shipment box; products must be in original condition, undamaged, and unopen, ready for resale.
You must Call (1.866.995.4438) or E-mail Customer Service ( to obtain the authorization to return purchased merchandise.  All return/exchange shipping fees are the customer's responsibility unless it is determined the product purchased may have a defect.
If a product has been discontinued or retired, these items will not be returnable, and the sale is final.  All discontinued and retired items will be clearly marked in the product features.


You also have the option to exchange an eligible item instead of returning it for a refund. Our customer service agents will be able to determine if an item is eligible for exchange; you can contact us to initiate your exchange. 


Once we receive your qualifying return and approve your refund, Genteel Reflections will credit your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.
